Ibiza Directors Retreat
We hosted a retreat for our directors within our team and it was the most incredible weekend and environment for us all. We had a boat day, a morning full of high level training, we created content, we celebrated our achievements and went for some lovely dinners out.
Social Media: Content Day
As a team we set a challenge/incentive after delivering a Social Media academy and the winners from that join us in London for the day. We hosted a celebratory lunch and had a videographer and photographer come to get our winners' content that they could use to help promote and grow their own business.

Do you have to have experience?You don’t need any travel experience. We have extensive FREE training with our host agency and also all of our external suppliers. You can train in specialist areas all for FREE. You can become a specialist in a certain area whether that's Disney, cruises, weddings, luxury etc. You can pick a niche, complete a variety or just choose to do training that will benefit your own travel. The training is all online, it’s accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and done on your terms around your current work & family commitments. It’s completely flexible.

How soon can I start booking?Before you book you must complete some regulatory training which is around 80 minutes’ worth of videos, then you will be licensed to sell and book holidays as a travel agent and earn those travel commissions. However, there are other optional trainings we give online such as supplier training and how to approach hotels etc... so I would say a couple of evenings of study and you’ll be good to go!

How can I promote and book for others?The beauty about this business is you don’t need to direct hard sell online or to friends and family, THEY ARE DOING IT ANYWAY... booking a holiday! Whether it’s a UK spa break, a week in Greece, airport parking, everyone around us is doing it, so word of mouth and mentioning you’re an agent, is one simple way to build a customer base, as they will then refer you to their friend, and you’re growing a network of customers then. We actually have training documents on how to build your customer base when you join our private groups along with online and offline marketing methods to promote, as well as some “ready-made” resources that are ready to post on social media provided by our suppliers.
